| Christopher Brandon is one of the founding principals of the firm. He joined Swiss Bank Corporation in Geneva in 1995 and relocated to SBC Warburg London in 1996, as a senior currency trader. Christopher then moved to UBS Warburg Singapore in early 1999 as a proprietary trader and the Senior Technical Analyst in Asia, providing technical expertise to the bank’s major institutional customers. Christopher co-founded Rhicon in 2000. |

| Peter Jacobson is one of the founding principals of the firm. He started his career in foreign exchange in 1993 at Citibank Sydney, and thereafter at Swiss Bank Corporation in Geneva in 1995. From 1996, Peter headed the European currency desk at Goldman Sachs International Finance in London until 1998 when he relocated to expand and develop the JPY currency desk for Goldman Sachs International Bank in Tokyo. Peter co-founded Rhicon in 2000. |

| Ryan McLaughlin is one of the founding principals of the firm. He joined AIG Trading in Greenwich, Connecticut in 1992 as part of the foreign exchange trading desk. In 1995 he moved to Banque National de Paris in New York as a senior dealer and European markets specialist. From early 1997, Ryan served as a senior trader and Vice President at Commerzbank New York. Ryan co-founded Rhicon in 2000. |

| Jonathan Wharton is a Director of Rhicon Currency Management (UK) Ltd, and is responsible for operations and risk management. He is also the firm’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Compliance Officer. Jonathan previously worked as an Operations and Client Services Analyst at Goldman Sachs before joining Rhicon in early 2003. |

| Xavier Stucki joined Rhicon in August 2009 from Pictet Asset Management in Geneva, where he spent 3 years as a portfolio manager trading foreign exchange for the Global Bond team, focusing on intra-day trading with some longer term positions. Prior to that, he was a Fixed Income Assistant at the same firm. |

exchange strategy. Keith has worked in the foreign exchange markets for 24
years beginning his career with Barclays Bank International in 1984 and working
in London and Chicago in various foreign exchange and derivative risk
management roles. Keith joined Rhicon in 2006. |

| Haley Nicol joined Rhicon in May 2004 as a Trader and looks after trade execution for the firm. She previously worked at Westpac Institutional Bank in 2001 as a Commercial Relationship Dealer and moved to the Corporate Desk from 2002 to 2004 where she managed the FX and interest rate requirements for many of the banks top tier corporate customers. |
